ACCOMMODATION & LOGISTICS
All outside applicants can opt to choose the accommodation option. All participants other than administrative staff will be accommodated at Park Inn by Radisson, İstanbul Asya Kavacık Hotel, while administrative staff will be accommodated at Etiler Uygulam Oteli. Accommodation is not included in the standard prices; please see the Pricing Details section for more info. Prices cover three nights (27th, 28th and 29th of January) and include breakfast.
Park Inn by Radisson will offer a luxurious stay for our participants and easy access to Boğaziçi University. There will be shuttles between the conference venue (Boğaziçi University) and the hotel for the participants who have chosen the option for accommodation. Participants will be thoroughly informed about the shuttle hours. Additionally, shuttles will be provided for social events for those who will be attending, the exact details of which will be announced at a later date.

Single Room: 1500 ₺
Double Room: 945 ₺ (per person)
Triple Room: 800 ₺ (per person)
